Applying effectors to mograph after dynamics

Hi all,

I have seen similar procedures addressed but I can't seem get the effectors working.

The basic idea is to place a cube into a cloner, and add a rigid body tag to the child, add a collision tag to a plane. Let the clones fall and make a small pile on the plane. Then set initial state in the dynamics & bake. THEN apply a plain effector with a position parameter & a step box falloff.

The final effect is to have a pile of bricks that would gradually disappear over time.

With so many pieces, it's inefficient to manually keyframe everything. I'd like a way of managing them. With a cloner, the plain effector seemed the best way of dealing with this. But it doesn't apply after dynamics have been used?

Many thanks!

Joe

Nevermind. Figured it out.

Bake. Make cloner editable. Copy clones to a fracture object. Apply pain effector.

Thanks!

Another option is to turn up the follow position/rotation values in the dynamics tab's Force tab.
