Maya to Cinema 4D

I'm trying to export my Maya mesh with joints binded and animation applied to Cinema 4D so I can add it to my scene there. The problem is when I export to .FBX the mesh and everything works except the mesh has weird glitchy movement every few frames even after I baked the animation. I have checked the framerate and both scene's have the same framerate. Any ideas how to fix this?
