How do I change the file a bitmap uses using a slider.

Ok, so I have 3 textures. A B and C for short.
I would like to use userdata to compare if the float slider is 1, 2, or 3. if its 1 use the filename for A. If its 2 use the filename for B and if its 3 use the filename for C. I understand how this would work with compare nodes, but there doesnt seem to be any string nodes. Can someone please help me out with this dilemma.
you don't need a string node as strings are just one of the possibilities for many of the nodes, it just has to be set up to use them, in this case the Condition node uses 'Texture' (and expects a file name) and that plugs into the Bitmap file port
