When making a material using 1 texture, textures in the same folder are all overlapped into the material.

So, when I made a material using a texture, any old textures I have used, are added below the texture in the color tab.
When using Alpha with Image Alpha, it hides the overlapped, or underlapped, textures. However, when using BP UV Edit, for UV rescaling and adding the material to the preview so I can see what it looks like, it disables alpha, or at least, alpha stops working. The problem I find is when I use a jpeg or something that doesnt use RGBA, it works perfectly fine. So the problem is, cinema 4d is trying to fill in the alpha channel. Can someone help me out with this problem? I dont want to have to resort to using alpha because when using bp uv edit it disables the alpha. Or. can you help me make it so when I do bp uv edit it doesnt disable the alpha.
Here is an image.
(And yes, I know it's minecraft. However, that doesn't mean I just jumped right into Cinema 4D like all the cool kids and don't know what i'm doing which is causing me to have problems. I actually have done other stuff in Cinema 4D. [Like final fantasy stuff.] I tried reading and played for hours trying to fix this.)
