Now i managed to create the basic structure of twisted cylinders (scene file in the link>) by putting a cylinder and a sphere in a cloner and deformin it with Taper and Twist deformer. http://www.mediafire.com/download/m0gn7ghguijagoz/MoGraph_Metaball_TP.c4d
But i have a few questions about problems i can't go around.
-basically how to integrate metaballs in this system in order to achieve that "blobby" effect?
-is there a way that can preserve the structure of cloner's children? since they're stretching weirdly.
-is it better to generate geometry with TP? if so could you please suggest how to set that up? just started playing with TP.
