Baking Objects with Specular/Luminance?

I'm currently baking some objects in Cinema 4D, I bake them using the "Bake Object" command which, up until now, has worked well. The problem is that I now want to bake either "Luminance" or "Specular" which the "Bake Object" command doesn't appear to support.
I've looked into using the "Bake Texture" command, the problem is that this seems to be on a material by material basis. I have a ton of different objects to export, each with many materials and I want each object to be exported to a single texture (or layers of channels, e.g. Colour, AO etc) as is the case with "Bake Object". So I guess my question is, what can I do? Is there a way to use "Bake Texture" to bake a whole object into a single texture (or layers of channels)? Or alternatively is there a way I could continue using "Bake Object" and have it also bake "Specular" or "Luminance"?
I've been bashing my head against the wall about this all week so any help would be greatly appreciated.
