You could either Bake your object after sculpting.

Or use the checkbox that the sculpt tag has (freeze and allow deformation).

Good Luck

Inside the sculpt Menu or if you are in the sculpt Layout, you will find the "Bake sculpt Objects" command.

The best options will be 2K size or bigger, 32 Bits Format, Bake Normals and Bake Displacement; If you did
not unwrap your UV's before Sculpting (it's Better to start with a Base Mesh with Unwrapped UV), use Optimal Mapping Cubic.

After The Bake you will get a second object that you can Rigg.
Good Luck

Click on the sculpt tag and look in the attributes manager. You'll see a button called "Show Layer Manager". Click the button. Then, in the Layer Manager, go into the Tools menu and click "Make Polygon Copy".

Create a copy for each pose that you create.

Then put a pose morph tag on one of the polygon copies. Check the "Points" option in the tag and then drag the other polygon copy objects into the Poses box.
