This is my first post so bare with me.

I have been working on a project where i have been playing around with the cloth tag.
I liked what i had made and started rendering it (its an animation)

After letting it render for a while i started to notice these "black" "spots" around the whole piece. I took a lot of scrrenshots where it is more visible.
I have experienced this before but never knew what it was.... maybe its something with my render settings ?!
I dont know what it is but i hope someone can help me :)
btw the lights in the scenes are from greyscale gorilla.

They look like GI artifacts to me. If the cloth is animating then you shouldn't use the Camera Animation setting in GI. I'd recommend trying QMC with low-ish samples (maybe somewhere from 16 to 36 samples). This will likely look grainy but shouldn't have these artifacts.

Full Animation (GI + QMC) is another option but I find the prepass unbearably long. The situation has improved dramatically with R15 as there is no need for a prepass.

The GI preset you've chosen is designed for camera animation, meaning that the only thing that should be moving in the scene is the camera. It's assuming that the samples will remain the same from one frame for the next as long as the camera angle doesn't change too drastically. Since you have object animation, the samples aren't matching up properly when the cloth object moves and deforms.

Beside IR + QMC full animation ,also use more FPS in Output (i suggest 60 FPS),and problem will be solved.
