I am working on a comp and all of a sudden every surface when I render it out as a movie has a grain to it that looks as if its animated noise. Not sure what in the lighting I screwed up to get it to do that and can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?

Are you using GI (irradiance) or AO?

First thing I'd do is turn off AO and see if that clears it up. Other things that can be noisy are GI, area shadows and blurry reflections/transparency.

Will give those a try when I render it next time and see what happens. If it is the AO what settings do I need to modify to get rid of it? I have to have the AO.

Increasing the AO samples and/or quality will reduce the noise. It might also help to lower the distance.
