Add basic inertia to the rotation of an object

Hi, I'm trying to find an easy solution for adding inertia to the rotation of an object.

All I want to do is rotate the object 45 degrees quite fast and then add an effect to make it overshoot slightly and ease to its finishing position at 45 degrees.

Can anyone offer an help?

I have very little knowledge of COFFEE and Xpresso so if you have any tutorials too that would be fantastic thank you.

You can do that with a Constraint tag, using the spring constraint:

File: 6927_springconstraint.c4d.zip

Or you can use the jiggle deformer:

File: 6928_jiggledeformer.c4d.zip
