BP Multichannel - Can I speed up this workflow (Video example)

One thing I've been struggling with is for instance when multichannel-texturing (diffuse, bump, spec) a stone wall and placing stones around windows so they curve round; I cut a stone out and start placing it one by one. This is currently the only way of doing it that I'm aware of but it's kind of tedious.
Any ideas of how to speed it up?
