Hi, I need help animating the cubes to realistically float upwards after the big ball hits the ground at frame 98. Please help.

things can look a lot more 'bouncy' just by cranking the friction of the Plane up to 90-ish which forces the cubes to roll rather than slide. To get a bounce when the sphere hits the plane you can put a Wind object facing up into the scene and Include it in the cube's dynamics tag and Exclude it in the plane's dynamics tag and turn it on for just a couple frames when the sphere lands. That's a pretty simple solution there are probably many more.
You can speed everything up quite a bit by checking "Render Instances" in the Cloner.
