geometry delayed/ offset after binding

i have set up a character rig based on the character object in r14 and made it editable to modify it (for cartoony bendy limbs). after binding the geometry to the rig and when it comes to animation it seems to be offset in time (at least one frame). you can see it when scrubbing through the tl. i think it has sth to do with priority settings and already have tried all kinds of setups but still cant figure it out… pleasy somebody help! thanks in advance!!
