I need to make an almost black object which has small glimmers in the surface, which means that they only light-up in the specular areas.
I made a texture for it in PS; a simple black area with irregular tiny white spots, but I don't know in what channel(s) to use it.
The spots should only appear in the specular areas and not in the darker parts. The specular channel however doesn't have a "texture" option.
I tried different configs in the specular color channel but with no result.
I attached an image to show what it should (more or less) look like.
