I need help ASAP with this simple problem. I create a new material and its that default greyish white phong thing, I create a plane, then I apply the texture, the flatter the plane is to the camera the more grey it looks, and I just want it to look like the texture color. Fast support is apprecated.
if you don't have a light in the scene the texture will be brighter when viewed straight on since default light is right by the camera. You could put a light in and it should look the same (except for what Specular will be doing to it) or you can turn on Luminance in the texture and it will look the same from all angles
