Hello everyone!

When I'm working with splines and then I use Extrude NURBS, Loft NURBS or whatever in order to make geometry with splines, I get the main object and, separately, its two caps.

I would like to know how I can set the two caps in the main object, to turn everything into a single object, without afecting its original geometry. I've tried using the "Connector" tool, but I'm not getting a good result with it.

Sorry for my english and thank you very much for your help :-)

Connect puts all the parts into the same object but does not 'join' them (because there are times when that's a good thing) select all the points of your Connected object and run Optimize, that should join the parts together into one continuous piece.

Thank you very much for answering, Brian

I've done what you said, and even though I got just one piece, I'm having the same problems with the shape of the object. You can see it in this picture, at the bottom of the bottle:

So, is there any way to join the object and its caps together and keep the original geometry untouched?

Thanks again! :-)
