I have been struggling for a quite some time on a solution to a problem that may be very simple to address. I would like to be able to access the position of individual clones in a cloner object, assigning their position to a null. However, I do not wish to move through the clone index in a linear fashion, but rather a "random" one, only visiting each clone once.

As an alternative option, could I create a custom order of clone indexes in some kind of list to have control over the order in which the clone indexes are visited? It would be nice to cycle through this list by simply stepping up a value.

Can I do this in Xpresso?

- Thanks

Here's a basic setup to randomly assign a null to a clone position:

Oops: just noticed I should have set the range mapper to 1-27 instead of 0-26. I also should have put an Absolute node between the range mapper and Data node (set to integer).

Thanks for the help, however, this isn't quite what I need. I only wish to visit each clone once with no repeats.
