I have a .PNG sequence(w/ alpha) of running 2d Characters.

I want to take the paths I create from the alpha, and turn the sequence into a moving object in my C4D Project.

To explain a little more, I do not want my .PNG's to be projected onto a surface. I want it to be a moving object out of the paths I create from the alpha of my 2d characters.

Halp!

this might be possible with xpresso if you have all the spline you are going to use loaded in then stepping through them one at a time as the source for an extrude, are you thinking of using an extrude or something else to make the splines have geometry?

or are you thinking of something different than jumping through the splines one at a time?

I believe that could work! Is there a resource I can find for going about that?

Thank you for your help!

I did a test file with generic splines 5634_splineseriesanimation.c4d.zip this just starts at frame 0 but it could be delayed with some math

Awesome!

That's what I was hoping for. My last question, is what to do to replace the splines you have in here with my splines. When I replace them in the null, it does not reference them.

I just used an Object List node if I recall so just open it ( in the xpresso) and put your splines in there.
