I have some clones generated across a plane with a camo pattern. I want the clones to inherit the same color as the plane, but I don't want any specular, and I want them semi transparent. I thought I could apply a generic grey material to my clone source with no specular and with transparency, and then use the Shader Effector to *color* these clones, but I can't get the color to pass through. In the image/file below, I have two examples: the left has the correct color, but the wrong shading. In the right, the clones have the correct shading, but i can't get them to take the color.
