Can't figure out how to do this with effectors, so I thought I'd try Xpresso.

I have a 2D Plane object in an Object Cloner. The clones are distributed in Z space. How can I keep all the clones looking the same constant size even though my camera moves through Z?

In After Effects, I can apply an expression that does this math to keep things that same size:
X/Y scale = (3D distance between camera & object position / camera zoom ) * 50

Trying to do the same thing in Xpresso hasn't gotten me very far:

I'd really appreciate any help!

I find Xpresso pretty tricky with MoGraph because you can't feed PSR data directly into clones. Can't help you there. But with a little tweaking this effector setup might get you most of the way there:
