Hello, I've found several techniques about how to cut a polygon object with a spline, but I need to the opposite and I can't find a clue on how to do it.
Basically I have a straight line (spline) intersecting with an object and I need to get only the points of intersection.
I need to find a process to do this automatically (I'll use a grid of those spline lines intersecting an object to obtain a point cloud), but not dinamically (I mean as the animation plays ...). I'd do it at editing/modeling stage. Ideally a Boole intersection would serve, but unfortunately splines can't be used with Boole!
Any idea? Thank in anticipation to anybody who will help!!
