I'm well familiar with baking normal maps, but in Bodypaint's paint setup wizard, along with the color, diffusion, bump, etc channels, we're given the option of painting a normal map as well. However, we're then only allowed to paint the normal map in grayscale...sooo, what gives? Is the option to paint normal maps in Bodypaint broken/redundant? Or am I missing something?
I thought it would be cool to paint normals, although getting the RGB mix would be super tricky...is it possible in B3D?
