Hi Everyone.
Please look at this picture.



I want to simulate the filling up of one of these type of walls with stone. the Gorilla has a great tutorial
http://greyscalegorilla.com/blog/2011/07/how-to-use-dynamics-particle-emitt... that I can adapt to my needs. My problem is making realistic stones. Or making it that every stone looks a bit different.
Can anyone give me a tip?

A picture is only as good as the glass it comes through. And the person using the camera has something to do with it too.

I would use one of the geometry shattering plugins. In this example, I created a subdivided cube, applied a random effector in deformer>points mode, converted that to geometry, and shattered it with NitroBlast:
