So i downloaded a model of a cricket ball from turbosquid, and have reported the problem to them already but while im waiting for a reply i was wondering if anyone could offer advice. so just to give you an overview i need to render this with an alpha channel so I can bring it into After Effects and add it to a clip. however in order to light it i have to add a couple dozen lights, when i do this i over expose this the threads running around the ball. I have global illumination on. any ideas as to what im doing wrong? ive never had this problem before.
