How can I set up the view-port to to rotate around only the selection...i.e. rotate around (centered) only on the polygons I have selected. My port seems to be rotating around some fictitious point within the object and its not the axis.
Thank you... however, this is where my settings lie. With a new file it works properly and like it always has: with the fulcrum "i.e. whatever is selected" at the center of rotation. But for some reason this picture is not working like that. I am using a symmetry object. But nothing in the scene has a center of axis for where the camera is rotating. I'm modeling a head, and no matter what I have selected the camera rotates around some fictitious point right behind the nose. Any suggestions.
