How do I delete points when modelling? I want to create a simple triangle 3D block. See below:

You can delete them with the delete key, but sometimes that will result in the polygon being deleted. In this case you'd probably want to select the two points and use the weld command.

I have just tried using this weld tool, couldn't figure out how to use it, but thanks for posting. The anchor point just seems to do nothing.

Don't give up. :)

It's pretty simple. Select two points and then select the weld command. You should see a white point between the two that were selected. If you left click in the viewport the points will be welded at that location.

If, instead, you hover over one of the existing points, the highlight will move there and clicking will cause the points to be welded at that location.
