Problems with Constraints in Cinema 4D R13

Hi,

I'm confused about Constraints. Is there any Way to get Object A moved and Objects B, C & D follows Object A as shown in the Image below? I'm using Cinema 4D R13. I've tried Constraints, Joints etc. but nothing seems to work out! I apreciate your help!

Thx in Advance

Probably requires some better math/scripting skills than I possess to make something more controllable, but here's a dynamic rig:

Hi Adam,

thank you for your fast Reply!
Basically your Solution is right but i don't want Object A to be moved by the Cube. I want to move Object A itself and the other Objects should follow. Is it pure Math or is there some Way to solve it with Xpresso, Ik or Constraints?

Here's a little Example i found: http://en.etudes.ru/utils/dl.php?file=/en/mov/mov028/EtudesRu_kempe.avi&nam...

Hi Adam and thank you for your quick Reply. Your Solution is quit right but i ment to move Object A ( a not Object A moved by the Cube) and the other Objects follow it as in the Example below.

I just did this:

I needed to separate my hierarchy for a lot of reasons but I ended up using target tags and pointing one corner that way.

Howdy,

Most folks try to over analyze these kind of setups, when they're usually quite simple to set up with IK.
