How can you randomly effect a group of objects's paramaters? For example if there were a cloner object that cloned a sphere 10 times, how can you randomize the segment count of each sphere? Or, if there were a cloner object that cloned a torus 10 times, how can you randomize the slice of each one?

you can Blend the parameters of two (or more) parametric objects that are the same except for settings then you can add a Random effector with Modify Clone set to something more than 0. The modify clone amount and the Seed make the most difference then as to how random the parameters look at that point.
