Batch render uses only one core

Iam working on a project where the batch render would save a lot of time, but i realized that it too slow. When I checked with the task manager i found out that only one core is working. With a normal render there is no problem. it is also tru with the scanline and the MR too.
Is anybody have idea how could i make work all my cores? (its an i7, max 2012, 64 bit)
