change the focal length after boujou trracked it?

Hi All,
I have semi nodal pan shot (hand held rotating) of the city skyline.
After many attempt of tracking, I keep getting the same results.
The track is locked perfect however,I can't seem to line up the buildings 100%. There is always 1 side of the building that is not lined up (about 1 - 2 degrees off in 1 axis)

So the first thing that comes to mind is the focal length is off.
S it seems that I can't change it in Max without breaking the solution.

Does anyone know if this can be done?
Thanks,
Lou

I am also having the same issue.

Did you manage to find a solution to a more accurate focal length match?

Thanks,

Phil.
