Help anybody! I haven´t been able to figure out how to fix the following issue: I have created this shapes that need to be rendered over a transparent background and still be able to see the shadows. For that matter I created a matte v-ray plane and everything worked fine. The problem is I get jagged pixelated borders.

Here are some images:

Thanks in advance!

Did you render it on a white background?
One possibility may be that when you open the file in another package - such as After Effects - you have to ensure that it reads the image as 'pre-multiplied on white' (or whatever colour you rendered on [black, white, grey, etc]).

Thanks for the answer! I rendered the image in 3dsmax over a white background, but isn´t that supposed to work as completely transparent? Do you always get a halo of the background colour even if you save it as alpha transparency?
