i created one of those whacky inflatable flailing arm tube men (AKA air dancer) and i made it hollow with holes in the bottom, hands, and the top of the head. i put a normal cloth modifier (not reactor cloth) on it and added some wind going straight up. when i simulate the cloth, the wind works but all of the cloth scrunches up instead of retaining it's.
i was wondering if there is a way i can add some more stiffness to the cloth so that it doesn't get all scrunched up. i tried making a new group out of vertices and added preserve to it but the preserve doesn't react with the gravity and stays in the same spot.
