I have an object that is moving about the scene, i want it to flex a little when it changes direction. So i added the flex modifier.
My problem being, my object has multi materials on it and when my object flexes, the mapping of the materials becomes inaccurate.
The materials where applied by adding an editable mesh modifier, picking out the element that i want and then adding a UVW Mapping modifier. Then repeating that exact process to add another material to a different part of the object. So i end up with several mesh modifiers and several UVW maps.
I can actually see the cage of the cylindrical UVW map staying in its usual place and not being effected by the flex modifier.
All that make sense? I basically need to find a way to have my flex modifier effect my mapped materials. I dont mind how i go about it.
