3DS R2010, Version 12.0 OGL Problems

Not certain if anyone has any advice or information, but I am trying to help someone with his system that he is running 3DS Max 2010 on. He has a pretty high end system, Dual Quad Core Xeon 5482 3.2Ghz (8 Cores), 8 GB RAM, Quadro FX 4600 Graphic Card CineBench 10 Ratings of 6137 for OGL, 3,763 Single CPU and 22,879 Multi-CPUs, using XP 64.
Oddly, although his Scene is not really to extreme (is an Animated Frog with basic Background Objects), occasionaly his main Viewport Window will jump around while manipulating the object (Moving its arms or feet).
Is there any specific settings in 3DS that I could help him tweek or fix this problem?
