basically i made an elipse, extruded up, added the small indented lines by chamfering and extruding and cut the top at an angle in edge sub object mode with slice plane. to make the middle skinnier and the bottom/top flared i used the volume select modifier with a donut torus as the selection object placed around the middle of the bottle and soft selection turned on...then of course scaling down the selected vertices. im new to max so there might be a better way to do all this but this seemed to work okay.
the part i cannot figure out is how to make the indented part at the top that gives the look of a wavy line coming off the top edge and running down the middle of the front side.
if anyone can give me advice on how to do this.....or a better way to do what i already did it would be MOST appreciated.
