Swift3D and masking

I am wondering if any one has figured out how to translate the matte/shadow map in Max so that the plugin from Swift3D spits out a file that works. I am trying to render animations to the .swft format for Flash use, and have matte objects in the scene. When rendered, all matte objects appear in Flash a white objects that I don't want. Any thoughts?
