Distorted textures on W3d export

Newbie help please.
I have created a model with multiple components. I have applied jpeg textures to almost all of the objects. A few objects are created with a "compound", "pro boolean", "substraction" to cut holes in the object. On a render preview the textures are perfect, but on a W3D export there is distortion around the holes I have cut. The distortion is not huge but is unacceptable on the finished model.
The reason I need to export to W3D format is to use the model in Adobe Director 11.
