3Ds Max allows rendering of animations on network using multiple computers. The resulting animation is created as multiple individual frames typically tiff files or bitmap files

I would like to be able to create uncompressed frames from 3-D studio Max and import them into premiere Pro CS two The Problem Is that for animations of 6 to 7000 frames premiere Pro will not import that many frames at once-requiring a manual import process several hundred at a time which is very tedious.

Does anyone use this particular workflow? Any thoughts appreciated in advance

Thank you

Kevin

Kevin Brady Upgrade Premiere Pro Version to Version 4

Thank you for this recommendation. I would like to be able to input thousands of individual frames generated by 3-D studio Max on my rendering farm. Premier Pro version 2 has difficulty handling more than several hundred at times. I appreciate the recommendation to upgrade to version 4. Let me check a couple of details

What file format are you creating your still frames in? Targa bitmap?l TIFF can you import large groups of these smoothly into premiere Pro version ?

Thank you in advan
?Kevin?
