Hey Can someone help me with this:

View problems

I have some view problems.

When i open up 3dsmax 9 3d-bit i get some MINOR problems with the views...

Here is an image:


Help would be veery nice. :D

This is your display problem.

try running max with -h & -s command. This will allow you to switch to software driver display toggle.


you can control this from within - display driver config.

Could you lend some more details, I think I'm having a similar problem and am new to 3DsMax. How do I find/view/change driver options? And what is -h & -s command?

simple _

copy max's path in to run window (win key + R)and give space with -h will change display hardware before max runs.
These commands are listed in MAX's help file also....refer that.

there are always left issues in MAX's every version.......... I don't understand this Autodesk people....probabely they do not have proper beat testers!

anyway.... you can also check your windows display settings from true/high/medium colour modes.......even that found to be working many times!
