Render to texture with MR stange output

Hi,i was trying to bake textures (render to texture) and have found something very stange in MR under max 2008. The scene from the camera looks great and the render to texture (complete map)looks real crappy... I found that if the FG is turned off the problems do not occure. Is this an error or are we doing something wrong.
