OKay, so I first learned Max with version 3 a long time ago. I now have 9, but eventhough not much has changed usibility-wise, I fond myself at a loss searching for something...

There use to be a feature used when modeling that you could take multiple splines and create a mesh using their profiles. As you did so, you worked with a graph editor that looked much like the Track View but when looking at it, it showed the outline of the spline that you could then rotate and such to get different results.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? And if so, is it still available and where? And lastly, if it still exists, how do I use it?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Brent

The object you are looking for such urgent is called Loft-Extrustion. You find it in the create-panel under compound objects.

Hope it helps
