We have been using 3D max to create objects that are brought into After Effects. 3D AE objects are then added to the scene.
At present we have brought in the camera data embedded in an rpf sequence that we render out of max.
The problem we have is that 3d max has a different co-ordinate system to AE. Ie. Z is pointing Up in MAX and Y is pointing up in AE.
Is there a way of changing the co-ordinate system of MAX so that it is the same as AE?
We are using 3D Max version 5 and After Effects version 7.
Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
