I am wondering if there is a way to effect the pivot point of a group of selected polys or points so that they rotate around the cursor rather than what I think is the pivot point for the object they are part of? I realize I can go to the pivot point portion of the mod but when selecting groups of points over and over in different portions of the object, the back and forth can get ridiculous. I know that in lightwave the selection will rotate around the cursor. Is there anyway to do this in Max?
