When fitting a bi-ped to a mesh is it necessary to get the bones to fit as closely as possible? Would that help when adjusting the envelopes in Physique?

Its good get the joints set up in relation to the model :) but Ive never gotten into trying to scale biped bones to match the model totally..just stuck with envelope and vertex weighting/assigning. When using strait out bones for you characters its nice to scale bones/fins so you can get a sense of size n so forth while animating without your model being visible but then again you were asking about bipeds.......grrrrrr my lack of sleep hath dominated my brain.

Great souls have will,,,weak ones have wishes.

Thanks. The bottom line is that it is a tedious tack for sure.
