Character Modeling Question

I am skinning a character (as clothes not a human body) for the first time using a Physique Modifier. It seems to me that the pants could be given the wrinkeled quality in the modeling stage (spline cage modeling is used here). Is that correct or should I model the clothes new and wrinkle free?

Hi cutter.

Your absolutly right. Skinning, but not wrinkling is the job of Physique. If you want to have max to produce the wrinkles, you will have to use Cloth, but thats a completely different workflow.
