Linking Biped to a moving object problem

I have a character hanging off the back off a truck... I have made a dummy object that is linked to the movement of the truck, but when I link the BIP01 object to the Dummy, I cannot adjust the Biped or position him correctly... what am I missing or is there a better way?

did yu try using position list controller? you assign it to the position bezier controller in the motion pannel.
it actually worked for me on a scene where the guy was supposed to drive a car.
i used the same method of constraints plus controllers like position list,rotation list then position constraint and orientation constraint.
