Apple Motion 5 question: how do I apply the "Roughen Edge" effect like in After Effects???

For budgetary reasons, I left Adobe CC last yea,r so I no longer have access to After Effects. But one of my favorite and most used effects was "Roughen Edge" which lets you roughen the edge of any shape. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do this in Motion 5. I have the most recent version of Motion but I'm not finding what effect will let me roughen the edges of a shape. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Do you have a specific example, so we know what you're talking about?

The Crystallise filter will give you rough edges. (Turn the Speed down to zero.)

Probably the closest thing you are going to get in Motion with a simple filter.

There are of course other methods that are more complex.
