Hey everyone, I just recently downloaded motion 5, and I would love to know how to use a distort filter on a video, and be able to manipulate the filter in 3D space without changing the orientation of the video. Is this possible? If not, is there any way that anyone knows of to create an effect like this:

(the ground ripple effect.) All feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,
Austin Ha

Um,

That's a really cool effect. With Motion 5 there is a similar effect [filters>distort>droplet], but its hard to make it look like it's in a 3D space. Besides that, I really don't see anything else in Motion that could create that effect.
