OK, that may be a *tad* harsh.
Look around at stock footage sites for something similar, that will give you a ballpark value. If your footage is unique in some way that makes it un-repeatable, then the value goes up considerably.
If the footage is on yt and you're already monetizing it from there, then make sure the D Channel's contract lets you keep doing that, and only limits you selling it to another broadcast outlet. Also make sure the contract has a "sunset date" after which all rights revert back to you.
