I am trying to export a set of markers from Pro Tools 11 HD to be imported into Adobe Audition CC 2014.
Does anybody know of a good workflow for this? From what I can see, the best way is to export from Pro Tools as a Type 0 midi file, which I can do, but then I cannot see how to import that midi file into Audition.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Although I own Adobe Audition, I choose to use Sony Acid Studio Pro for MIDI. It appears that as of CS5.5, MIDI track support went away when the application was rewritten to be cross-platform compatible. I don't believe that it has come back.
Even when there was a MIDI track capability, there were an awful lot of complaints about its' implementation:

Thanks, Joseph! That answers my question. I have since talked this recipient into having their department purchase a small Pro Tools system, so that they can interface with the music editors that work with them. Just budgeting it now and they'll come on into the 21st century.
